Come Work for the Best Mass Appraisal Firm in Wisconsin

Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC) has been providing property assessment services to Wisconsin municipalities since 1959. We’re the largest because of our excellent reputation and client satisfaction, earned by our professional and knowledgeable team members who provide superior customer service.

Communities and schools rely on property taxes to provide services like education, roads, police and fire protection, and more. Since these taxes are based on the value of a property, it’s important that the appraised value of the property is accurate. State law also requires fair and equitable tax distribution, so the result of our mass appraisal work is to ensure all property owners are paying their fair share.
