Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC) has been providing property assessment services to Wisconsin municipalities since 1959. We’re the largest because of our excellent reputation and client satisfaction, earned by our professional and knowledgeable team members who provide superior customer service.
Communities and schools rely on property taxes to provide services like education, roads, police and fire protection, and more. Since these taxes are based on the value of a property, it’s important that the appraised value of the property is accurate. State law also requires fair and equitable tax distribution, so the result of our mass appraisal work is to ensure all property owners are paying their fair share.
Our home office is in Appleton, Wisconsin. We also have field staff located throughout the state of Wisconsin. This allows us to best serve local communities and results in less overnight travel for our staff.

As a mass appraisal firm, our team does everything from conducting onsite property inspections
to using industry standard methodologies to determine property values and helping with
assessment appeals.
Most team members start their career as a Field Appraiser conducting onsite property inspections in cities and towns across Wisconsin to gather and verify property data, including measurements and photographs of homes and other buildings.
Project Technicians provide technical support for our assessors, including a wide variety of tasks related to land valuation, real estate sales, building plans, data cleanup and analysis, and preparing reports. They also provide great customer service to municipalities, property owners, realtors and financial institutions – both over the phone and via written communication.
Project Managers are our chief assessors and the primary liaisons for our municipality clients, responsible for ensuring that our contracted work is completed on time, and responsible for the accuracy of all appraised values and the defending of those values during appeals.
